Get Started.. get runnin..

The 8 Week Get Started Plan from Runners World: That could work for you... which I am trying i could stick to...looks good!

1          1 min            90 secs       x8
2          2 mins           1 min          x7
3          3 mins           1 min          x6
4          5 mins           2 mins        x4
5          8 mins           2 mins        x3
6          12 mins         1 min         x3
7          15 mins         1 min         x2
8          30 mins continous

I really want to go ahead with this. I had once joined Fitness First and used to worked out with Katja great instructor, highly motivated and determined woman... very good. I was amazed how much I had actually started running with repeat running.

Will soon find one week to start.....
